Tree Sales Assistant

(part time- school holidays and weekends)

Shifts for this job will be allocated at weekends in Nov and Dec.

Responsible to:  Farm Manager

​

Job type: Part time

​

Hours:  One or two days per weekend.

​

Core hours: Saturdays and/or Sundays 9.45am – 5.15pm

​

​

Church Farm has over 15,000 growing Christmas trees and the weekends in December are the main times for selling these. We need tree sales assistants to assist customers in tree selection then carry the trees down to the tills.

​

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POST

​

Responsibility

• Providing excellent customer service

• Setting up tree sales areas each morning

• Carrying trees and re-stocking

• Reporting on complaints or problems

​

​

Health & Safety

• Ensuring customers adhere to all safety information

• Removal of broken or unsafe equipment until it can be fixed

​

Tree sales roles are paid at national minimum wage rates.

​
